Tehran Municipality's long step for crisis management

According to Mehr News Agency, Ali Nasiri, head of the Tehran Crisis Prevention and Management Organization, pointed to the difficulties of setting up the center: One of the indicators of developing countries is the managing crisis and their accidents.
He added: “The speed of action in dealing with accidents, along with training and preventive measures, is of great importance.”
Nasiri emphasized the need to quickly set up a unit of relief number, saying that public opinion observes managers' performance during crises and the establishment of a joint response center is an important step towards promoting this performance.
He continued: Many countries have been coordinating and focused on relief numbers for many years. It is hoped that this pattern will be implemented first in Tehran and then throughout the country.
Nasiri stated that the implementation of this project was designed to better serve the people, stating: “The necessary studies have been done and technical infrastructure has been prepared.”
He also emphasized: “If this project is to be completed, it is our responsibility.” Following the session, a report was presented on the measures taken to complete technical infrastructure, layout design and software development related to the joint response center and the relief unit number. The implementation contractor also provided an explanation of the software capabilities of the system and described the performance of its various sections, including the “field operation unit”, the “dispatch and navigation unit” and the “accountability unit”. Finally, technical experts answered the questions of specialized devices on the performance and features of the software.
