Migratory swans in Sorkh Roud Wetland
Tehran (ISNA) – Migratory swans are wintering in Sorkh Roud Wetland, located in Mazandaran Province.
The birds have migrated thousands of kilometers to reach Iran.
Currently, there are 550 swans in the wetland, but the number was much higher in the past, and even reached nearly 10 thousand swans.
Approximately 20 days later, the swans will gradually return to Siberia.
