The false claim of the referral was quickly widespread in cyberspace until the head of the House Communications, Media and Cultural Affairs Center denied the resignation of the MP.

Given the serious efforts of the judiciary in dealing with the mental security of the community and the people, the Tehran prosecutor's office declared a crime against the individual.
