The President said to the directors of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance: “All people should be seen, not just those who are louder, maybe those who are less visible should be better and more.” With a deep, broad and purposeful look, solution to the problems of all segments of society.

The doctors addressed the officials of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance calling for the utilization of all the country's human capacity without narrow -minded views, saying that the government should provide a healthy and competitive environment for the activities of groups that can serve the people.

The President continued to provide people's livelihoods as the most important task of the government, adding: “As in the empirical sciences, for accurate analysis, we separate the form and denominator of the fraction, and in the field of administration of the country there must be a proper separation between the explicit and hidden needs of society.” If there are two families in need, but only 4 families have been identified, we are responsible for handling all of them, not just those who are seen.

Remembering his career at the Ministry of Health, the doctors referred to a memory of interacting with parliamentarians and said: “During the period when I was the Minister of Health, MPs made a request to provide medical services to those who are covered by social security insurance.” At a meeting I was told that such a person is not insured, or only covered by the Relief Committee, should not receive free services.

The Minister of Health is responsible for all the people

The President continued: My answer was that the Minister of Health was responsible for the health of all people; I can't say that only those with insurance booklet have the right to cure. In that case, many people who were either uninhabited, or had no supervisors, or lived on the sidelines, were ignored. This discriminatory view contradicts social justice and sovereignty.

The doctors considered such problems to be structural and emphasized: As long as we look at the issue of service, limited and selective, we cannot fulfill our true duty to the people.

An annual payment of $ 5 billion is unacceptable

The president criticized the disadvantaged in the country as a result of injustice in the allocation of subsidies, saying that the annual payment of $ 5 billion in energy subsidies was unacceptable and said: “If energy subsidies are distributed fairly, certainly and certainly many problems can be overcome.”

The doctors said that many of the problems in the country depending on the decision and stated: If subsidies are distributed based on justice, other artists, cultures and vulnerable strata will not face livelihoods. Of course, this requires the participation of the people, especially the cultural, artistic and mosque networks, along with the government.

The president recalled the responsibility of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in preventing social disobedience and said: “Media, culture and clergy have an important role to play in the direction of public opinion and the ministry must in practice show that there has been a transformation in the community.” If such a change is not observed, we must review our decisions.

In another part of his remarks, the doctors, referring to the endowment of Raba Rashidi in Tabriz, described it as a historical and valuable example of self -management in the higher education system and said: In that collection, it was taught in five living languages ​​in the world five years ago and universities were governed by their farms and production. Today, instead of focusing on shape, we need to emphasize the meaning and effectiveness.

In another part of his remarks, the doctors criticized one -sided confrontation and definitive judgments of individuals, adding: “Paradise is the place of those who made mistakes but have returned from their wrong path; We should not put people out of the scene forever with a mistake.

The president further described the use of huge capacity of mosques across the country as an opportunity to solve social problems and challenges, and emphasized: The extensive mosque network can play a role in reducing livelihood problems and strengthening social solidarity.

The doctors, referring to the famous narrative of the Prophet of Islam, who says that it is morning and not concerned about Muslims, said: “In our religious intellectual system, there is no indifference to the problems of the people; This is a fundamental moral, religious and social principle.

There are more than 6,000 mosques in the country

The President continued: Today there are more than 6,000 mosques in the country; That is, for every 2 people, an active mosque is available; This is a unique opportunity for the country. If this capacity is used with a coherent plan and with the help of religious and concerned forces, we can overcome many of the social and livelihood problems of the people.

Referring to the existential philosophy of the mosque, the doctors considered mosques beyond purely worship and stated: Prayer is a set of speeches that man speaks against God. If we say “we pray”, that is, all those words and promises made against God must be manifested in our social behavior and in the functions of mosques.

Referring to the government's readiness to assign responsibility to the right people, the doctors said: “We are ready to solve some of the problems of the people, to provide the field of action, but we must be held accountable to the responsibility that is entrusted to him.”

Prior to the President's remarks, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Sayed Abbas Salehi, in a speech praising Massoud Medical's attention to the field of culture, cited his efforts over the past seven months with the actions of a president over the past eight years, and for his support and support at various levels.

The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, emphasizing the macro view of the country's public issues within the framework of the national unity government, described the reference groups as the joints of the sovereignty and the community, adding that the Ministry of Guidance is responsible for communicating effectively with these groups as intermediate circles between the government and society.

Salehi further urged the President to recognize the authority of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the government, and to revive the influential position of the ministry as the country's cultural policy maker.
