Lack of unity is the most important problem of Persian wrestling community

According to Mehr News Agency, on Thursday afternoon, on the sidelines of the selection matches of the national wrestling team in Shiraz, Alireza Debir said: Fars province, Khuzestan and Mazandaran are three provinces that excel in wrestling.

He continued: “The wrestling federation should hold one of its best matches in Fars province, and the first round of selection for the national team was held in Shiraz.”

The secretary added: Athletes must pass at least seven matches to reach the national team.

The head of the wrestling federation said: Fars province was able to play a role in all fields and we witnessed one of the best hosts in the country.

He continued: One of the most important weaknesses of Fars wrestling is that there is no necessary unity among the members of the Fars wrestling community, and if some of them stop being “me”, the future of Fars wrestling will be bright.

The head of the wrestling federation stated: Good things will happen in Fars wrestling with the arrangements made with the officials of Fars province.
