Kargari: The goal is to make Iran's position in the Paralympics in Los Angeles a single digit

Kargari stated that we started youth camps before the start of the Paris Paralympics and added: We have planned 126 stages of camps for the youth. Our goal for the Para-Asian Youth Games is to maintain the first place or stand in the second place. The second goal is to help the senior national teams.

He emphasized: With these words, our strategy is maximum participation in the Para-Asian Youth Games, focusing on the training of coaches and athletes, as well as paying special attention to cultural issues.

The head of the National Paralympic Committee further referred to the Nagoya Para-Asian Games and the committee's plan for these games and said: Our main goal in the 2026 Para-Asian Games is to be among the top three countries. It is very difficult to maintain the second position in Japan, which is itself the host and participates more strongly. Therefore, our goal is to be among the top three countries.

In this regard, he continued: We will also use these games to succeed in the Los Angeles Paralympics. Our strategy in Para-Asian Nagoya will be qualitative development with the view of developing new disciplines, focusing on winning gold medals and being the center of cultural discussions.
