Semnan Province's share of 4 thousand units from the National Housing Plan

Ali Asghar Gonji, in an interview with Mehr reporter, Babian stated that 4,000 of the 200,000 residential units are built annually in the province: the largest number of these units are located in Shahrood and Semnan cities.

Stating that these units are facing a physical progress of over 85%, he added: These units are being built in the cities and villages of the province.

General Director of Semnan Housing Foundation stated that 440 residential units have been handed over to the applicants and stated: Most of these units will be handed over to the applicants by the end of this year according to the plans.

Gonji further clarified: The delivery of some of these units, which are self-owned, also depends on the applicant and their money injection.

He added that out of 44,000 rural residential units in the province, 24,000, i.e., half of these units, were renovated.
