Joseph Aoun: “Israel” is used to running away from commitments

According to Mehr News Agency, quoted by Al Mayadeen, the Lebanese President welcomed the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and expressed hope that this agreement will end the sad reality of Gaza.

“Joseph Aoun” in response to reaching a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip said: Israel's commitment to the provisions of the agreement requires the follow-up of the guarantor countries because the Israeli enemy is used to escaping from its commitments.

He further added: Attacks and violations of the ceasefire in southern Lebanon are the best proof of the enemy's escape from its obligations.

The President of Lebanon noted: We emphasize the right of the Palestinians to have their own independent country based on international legitimacy resolutions.
