He added: Much of the criminal population eligible for prisoners must be covered by productive employment and enjoy its benefits appropriately.
“We are not convinced of the current status of the Cooperative Foundation in creating productive employment and producing effective income for prisoners, and we are looking to promote tangible and visible promotion by planning and using the capacity of private sector entrepreneurs and investors,” said the director of the Prisoners' Cooperative Foundation.
