Starting the distribution of basic commodities in Gilan Gharb next week

According to the Mehr News Agency, the Gilan Gharb County Market Regulatory Working Group meeting was held on Tuesday afternoon with the focus on the supply of essentials and essential fruits during the Nowruz and the holy month of Ramadan. The meeting was chaired by Sadegh Khodadadi, the governor of Gilan Gharb, attended by the heads of the city's executive agencies.
At this meeting, fruit supply for citizens' Nowruz table was examined, and accordingly, the responsibility of buying and distributing fruit was assigned to the Agricultural Jihad and Agricultural Cooperatives in the city. Khodadadi said: “The distribution of basic commodities will begin next week so that people can make their own essentials at a reasonable price.”
“The main purpose of the project is to prevent the prices of food prices and ensure the availability of the goods needed by the citizens,” he said, emphasizing the need to stabilize prices and regulate the market during the holidays. “All the city's executive agencies are trying to provide people with their needs without concern,” Khodadadi added.
Governor of Gilan Gharb outlined the details of the distribution of basic commodities and said: In the form of this project, 2 tons and 2 kg of Indian rice at a price of 2 thousand tomans, 2 tons and 2 kg of frozen beef at the price of 2 thousand kilograms per kg, 2 kg and 2 kg.
He also announced that the sale of these goods will be carried out through agents of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Cooperatives at the temporary exhibition located on the Education Street, next to the Old Gasoline Sadegh (Rahmani). Khodadadi urged people to seize the opportunity to supply their basic commodities.
The senior government official in Gilan Gharb also announced the implementation of the second phase of the distribution of basic commodities in the end of March before the beginning of the year, adding that these measures will be aimed at fully meeting the needs of the people for essential food during the holidays and holy month of Ramadan.
Finally, Khodadadi emphasized the need for all executive agencies to cooperate for the smooth and efficient distribution of goods, and said: “The precise control of the prices and quality of the products offered is essential so that citizens can receive high quality goods at reasonable prices.”
