Israeli army kills civilians in southern Lebanon

Health officials said on Sunday that the Israeli military killed over a dozen people in southern Lebanon on the day its troops were scheduled to withdraw in accordance with a ceasefire agreement. The Lebanese people were trying to return to their homes.
