New Hezbollah chief Naim Qassem to deliver speech

This will be the second speech by Sheikh Naeem Qassem after he was elected as the new Secretary-General of Hezbollah last Tuesday October 30. 

Last Wednesday a day after he was named the Lebanese Hezbollah’s new Secretary-General, Qassem said in his first speech that “the Resistance is fully ready to face battle with dignity in case of imposed war.”
