Introduction of Lady Zainab (S.A) mosque of Cairo

Shabestan news agency reported that Lady Zainab (S.A) mosque of Cairo and her grave is being briefly introduced with reference to the demise of Lady Zainab (S.A).

It is noteworthy that this mosque is also known as the burial place of Lady Zainab (S.A) and her shrine is place of pilgrimage for Shiites and followers of Ahl-e-Bait (A.S).

There are different stories about the burial place of Lady Zainab (S.A), some people declare Syria as the burial place of Lady Zainab (S.A) and some declare Egypt as the burial place of Lady Zainab (S.A).

It is to be noted that Lady Zainab (S.A) mosque and her grave is situated in Lady Zainab (S.A) town of Cairo.

Some historians wrote that this mosque was built on the grave of Lady Zainab (S.A) in 85 A.D and it was rebuilt in tenth century.
