Iran welcomes Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan border trilateral

According to the Mehr News Agency, Ismail Baghaei, a spokesman for the State Department, signing the contract for the connection of the three countries' borders and the statement “KhojandHe welcomed the eternal friendship between the three neighboring countries of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan and described it as an important step in their mutual respect for each other's territorial integrity and national sovereignty, mutual trust and consolidation in Central Asia.

A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry, referring to the Islamic Republic of Iran's principled stance on the efforts and initiatives of the Central Asian region to resolve the peaceful border disputes and strengthening intra -regional convergence, expressed hope that the trilateral agreement of Uzbekistan -Tajikistan – Kyrgyzstan – Kyrgyzstan.
