But this ceremony was not just a farewell to a body; Rather, it was a declaration of loyalty to the school that Haj Qasim built with his heart's blood, endless sincerity and love for the people.

He said: Hajj Qasim's personality traits, like a burning torch, light the way for the officials and agents of the holy system of the Islamic Republic. His first characteristic, which deserves to be modeled, was his unique philanthropy. Haj Qasim not only loved people, but also showed this love in action. He appeared among the flood victims of Khuzestan, without any sign of difficulty and rituals, and rushed to help them with his hands.
