Golpayegan Governor: Officials should satisfy the people with proper performance

Stating that responsibility in the Islamic Republic system is a serious matter, he added: If a person is not able to perform his duties or cannot spend the necessary time and energy, it is better to hand over his responsibility respectfully. There is no difference between the officials and everyone who is in a position must use all his power to serve the people.

Rezaei clarified: Successful management is not about running away from responsibility or leaving it to others, but about accepting responsibility and trying to solve people's problems. Instead of twisting the duties, the officials should accept the burden of responsibility and make extra efforts to remove the obstacles.

Rezaei considered predicting problems as one of the principles of management and added: Many problems are predictable and we should not allow unexpected events to affect people's lives.

He also emphasized: credits and financial resources should be attracted with follow-up. We should not think that the budget and facilities are automatically given to the city. Trying to attract resources is our duty.

Rezaei asked the officials to reflect the problems and shortcomings of the city with transparency and stated: Showing the favorable situation of the city without mentioning the shortcomings does not help to solve the problems. We must try to solve these issues honestly and carefully.
