According to the Mehr correspondent, the judiciary is one of the three pillars of the government that is responsible for the implementation of justice, the protection of citizens' rights, and the oversight of the laws. As an independent institution in the Islamic Republic of Iran, it is responsible for dealing with lawsuits and legal disputes, investigating crimes and violations, issuing it and enforcing it. In this regard, the judiciary strives to provide social security and justice for all members of the community by providing easy access to legal services.

The judiciary provides a variety of services to citizens through courts, prosecutors and other affiliated institutions. These services include legal advice, litigation and complaints, prosecution of criminal and civil cases, and the enforcement of judicial sentences. The purpose of these services is to protect citizens' personal and social rights, to establish justice and prevent corruption and violations of laws in society. The judiciary, by rapid and fair investigation into the cases, somehow strengthens public confidence in the judiciary and legal sovereignty.

Seyyed Mohammad Sahebkar, deputy chief of strategic judiciary, speaking at the seasonal meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary with the Chief Justice and Prosecutors of Provincial Centers stated: Implementation of the new document of transformation and excellence of the judiciary, the implementation of this year's provincial law, and the provincial law enforcement law.

According to the supreme leader's emphasis on the continuation of the evolutionary approach to the appointment of the Judiciary, the “Transformation and Excellency of the Judiciary” was drafted and the date of implementation of the document was expected to begin from the beginning of the year and by the end of March.

The new document of transformation and excellence of the judiciary, as a clear, consensus and concluded copy of the evolutionary approaches and strategies, was approved by the head of the judiciary on April 5.

From the appointment of Hojatoleslam Hamza Khalili as the first deputy of the judiciary to Asghar Jahangir as the spokesman for the judiciary

Hojjatoleslam Mohseni Ejei, head of the judiciary, appointed Hamza Khalili as the first deputy of the judiciary in a decree.

Also, Asghar Jahangir, the deputy director of social and prevention of the judiciary, was appointed by Hojjatoleslam Mohseni Ejei, the head of the judiciary, by preserving the position as a spokesman for the judiciary. Former Judiciary spokesman Massoud Pasati also said goodbye to his first news conference on Tuesday, April 5.

Summit Hussein Dehbashi to the Prosecutor's Office

The Tehran prosecutor said: In line with the legal duty of the judiciary to counter the mental security of the community, he declared a crime against political activist Hossein Dehbashi. In this regard, while announcing the crime, the person was summoned to the Tehran Prosecutor's Office for comments.
