According to the Mehr correspondent, while the commodity market is facing serious price fluctuations, rice has topped the list of expensive goods as one of the most consumed household items. The irrational rise in the price of this product has raised concerns and reacted by regulatory and judicial institutions.

In this regard, Seyyed Yasser Raigani, general manager of the Public Relations Organization of the State Organization, told Mehr reporter that the organization has been decisive in the face of rice market disruptions and said: Since the beginning of this year, 1,600 cases have been filed with the branch of the organization, which has been paid by two and two cases.

The Director General of Public Relations of the Ta'zir Organization, pointing out that expensive, low -selling, fraud and hoarding are the most important violations of the rice market; He added: The expensive selling with 2 cases and with a fine of 2,000 billion riyals was the most prolific violation.

He also said about dealing with rice hoarders: Since the beginning of this year, two cases of hoarding have entered the branches of the Ta'zir Organization, followed by a fine of 1.5 billion and 5 million riyals.

Emphasizing on the sensitivity of the public's livelihood, Raghani added: The people's table and their livelihoods are the red line of the government and this organization will have a decisive and negligible deal with all the offenders in this area.
