He stated that there are overlapping and common tasks and areas between the passive defense council and some other councils, which should be examined in specialized commissions, and continued: The main task of the passive defense council is to improve deterrence, infrastructure safety and increase Social resilience is in dealing with national threats.

Sadeghi continued: Article 130 of the 7th five-year development law states that the authorities are obliged to prevent accidents, reduce the vulnerability of buildings and infrastructure, and increase the deterrence and resilience of infrastructure, as well as to protect security. In the space of electronic systems and infrastructures, they usually take the necessary measures against threats.

He pointed out: Considering the threats that the country is facing and the emerging threats that we will definitely face in the future, there is a need to prioritize the protection of important and infrastructure sectors such as water, fuel, gas, banking services and bread. Governor of Zanjan stated that the law specifies the punishments for violations in this area and continued: It seems that the defense area requires the serious determination of the administrators and there are almost no obstacles in terms of credit, legal, procedures and trends.

He added: It is emphasized that the defense structures of each organization should seriously assess the issues, problems and obstacles of that organization and transfer it to the non-operating defense council of the province so that it can be followed up if it needs help.

Sadeghi stated that according to the law, each organization prepares its annual report of defense measures to be presented to its national organization and the non-operating National Defense Organization, and said: the secretariat of the council will also accurately adjust and follow up the schedule of executive measures. did

At the end of this meeting, Sardar Mohammad Ali Qomi, the Deputy of Basij and Provincial Affairs of the National Non-Active Defense Organization of the country, granted the order of the chairmanship of the Provincial Non-Active Defense Council to Seyyed Mohsen Sadeghi, the Governor of Zanjan, on behalf of Sardar Jalali, the head of the National Non-Active Defense Organization.

The Deputy of Mobilization and Provincial Affairs of the National Non-Active Defense Organization said: Today, the field of enemy threats is very wide and in addition to cyber, biological and chemical threats, we are also witnessing these threats in people-oriented, physical, electronic and infrastructural areas.

Qomi added: The passive defense organization of the country was established in 2002 with the notification of the supreme leader of the revolution, and this organization has been operating for 22 years with the aim of countering the threats of the enemy.
