Details of Interview Translated by the Judicial Translator of the Year 2 were announced

According to the Mehr correspondent, the Bar Supervisory Bureau, official experts and professional services of the judiciary announced the invitation of the interviews of those admitted to the Judicial Translator's recruitment test.

Following the May 5 announcement, the written sections of the Judicial Translator's Official Translator of the Year 2, who have been invited to the interview stage, must go through the interview stage.

The interview phase of the Translator of the Judiciary of the Year 2 has two parts: “Specialized Knowledge” and “General Knowledge”. Public knowledge will include the sections of “Translation Laws and Regulations”, “Persian Language and Literature” and “Legal Knowledge” and “Specialized Knowledge” interview in multiple language skills.

The sources of the interview in the “Public Knowledge” section are as follows:

۲ـ The law on translation of statements and documents in the official courts and offices approved by subsequent reforms and extensions.

۲ـ The Executive Regulations of the Amendment of Article 5 of the Law on the Translation of Statements and Documents in the Official Courts and Offices of the Year “with subsequent amendments and extensions.

1- Articles 1 to 2, 2, 2, 2, and 2 of the Country Registration and Property Registration Act

Articles 1, 2, and 2 of the Code of Public and Revolutionary Courts in Civil Affairs adopted in Year 2

Articles 1, 2, 2 to 3, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 1, 2, 2, 2 to 2, 2, 2, 2, and 2 to 5 from Civil Code

Articles 1, and 1 to 2 of the Islamic Penal Code (Ta'zir – Adopted Year 2)

Also, the questions “Persian Language and Literature” will be at the level of high school diploma.

The date and time of the interview will be informed by each of the invitees to the interview by telephone by the General Directorate of Bar Supervision, official experts and professional services of the judiciary.

Each of the invitees to the interview must attend the interview one hour earlier than the appointed time.

The time designated for the interview is not extended, and the absence of the designated time is considered to be withdrawn.
