According to Mehr News Agency, Colonel Rabia Javanbakht, head of the Greater Tehran Road Police Accidents Department, said: “Unfortunately, in July this year, four people were killed in the capital's accidents.

He added: “Three of the dead were pedestrians who died because of the insecure or negligence of the drivers.” Also, four motorcyclists have lost their lives because of their disregard for safety and lack of helmet.
