Rezaei said: “The second step of the revolution speaks of an important concept called” theory of the revolutionary system “, which is unfortunately paid less attention, and the wisdom of this concept is whether the revolution is over or continues.

He continued: The first time in the early days of the revolution declared that the revolution was over and we were victorious and this thought existed until the death of the Imam in secret, and this question was raised again after the Imam's death.

Rezaei added: “The leader of the revolution to the question is that the system is formed, but it must be revolutionary, so economic governance is not possible without revolutionary boom and political order and without popularity.” Therefore, the characteristics of the “theory of the revolutionary system” are social, political, and revolutionary.

Rezai said that one of the most important pests of the country's economy is crude sales, saying that crude sales suppress production and wealth.
