Commander-in-Chief: Chabahar-Zahedan Railway has made 5 % progress

Commander Salami, on the sidelines of the visit, pointed to the technical features and geopolitical position of the railway, saying that the project is approximately 2 kilometers, crossing very difficult and complex geographical areas, including dozens of bridges and large tunnels, one of the country's complex technical projects.

“Fortunately, its physical progress has reached about 2 percent, and the jihadist efforts of the executive teams are promising to exploit it by the end of this year,” he said.

The commander -in -chief emphasized: Completing this route and its connection to Sarakhs, practically joining the eastern corridor of the country from south to north and turning the Islamic Republic of Iran into an intermediate link between Central Asia and the free waters of the Oman Sea and the Persian Gulf; This means the formation of a strategic and influential economic crossing that can be described as one of the country's masterpieces.
