According to Mehr correspondent, Mohammad Sadegh Akbari said Sunday morning at the Semnan Prisoners' Families on the occasion of the National Day of Nasim Mehr, the purpose of the ceremony was to prevent social harm and said: Another approach is to control and reduce the criminal population.

He said that the amount of 2 billion riyals was collected to assist the families of prisoners covered by the support of Semnan prisoners, adding that this will reduce the negative consequences of the prisoner's imprisonment for their families.

The Chief Justice of Semnan Province stated that in addition to the aids, qualified people will be given leave: This will be a seven -day vacation.

Akbari stated that on the occasion of the National Day of Nasim Mehr, aid will be awarded 2 million riyals to each of the covered families, stating: These aids will be given to 4 families.

He said that the approach of these aid is to preserve the dignity of the prisoners' families, adding: “We are trying to save these families from social harm by intelligent and effective intervention.”
