Foreign delegations arrive in Mashhad to attend ECO meeting

Two foreign delegations have arrived in Iran’s northeastern city of Mashhad to participate in 28th meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) member states, a Foreign Ministry official said.
