According to Mehr news agency and quoted from the public relations of the Athletics Federation, Seyed Mohammad Ali Thabet Kadam, the CEO of the sports facilities development and maintenance company, while attending the camp of the national athletics teams, while visiting the existing facilities and infrastructure of this complex, met with Ehsan Haddadi, the President of the Athletics Federation. did

In this meeting, Haddadi pointed out one of the most important needs for the growth and development of athletics across the country, emphasizing the infrastructural capacities and specialized facilities available to athletics in the provinces across the country and the problems of their exploitation.

The head of the athletics federation also pointed to the pure talents of the first Olympic sport in the cities and the lack of infrastructure facilities for the continuation of sports activities covered by the provincial boards, and considered the support of the company for the development and maintenance of sports facilities as an effective step in the field of sustainable development for Iranian athletics in the provinces of the country.

Haddadi, pointing out that Tehran's Aftab Englebal is the only specialized track and field stadium, said: “This stadium has a high capacity to hold important international events in Asia if it is repaired and reconstructed in the infrastructural sector.”

Seyed Mohammad Ali Thabit Kadam, the CEO of the Sports Facilities Development and Maintenance Company, while expressing his satisfaction at the presence of the national team camp and after hearing the plans of the federation, asked the head of the federation to carry out expert investigations regarding the needs assessment for athletics stadiums and the infrastructure needed related to it. Priority should be given to the sports facilities development and maintenance company.
Referring to the capacities of the national teams' camp of Aftab Ingleb in Tehran for the purpose of holding international competitions and holding joint camps, he said: “We are ready to have a good cooperation with the federation to revive the camp of the national athletics teams.”

In the course of this meeting, it was decided that the improvement of the tartan track of Tehran's Aftab Inglaeb National Teams Camp with the support of the Sports Facilities Development and Maintenance Company will be prioritized.

Hadi Sepherzad, a member of the executive board of the federation, and Homan Mosheshai, deputy technical engineer of the sports facilities development and maintenance company, were also present in this meeting.
