The lawyer emphasized that in any of the provisions of the Social Security Act, there is no mention of the migration of a retired or pensioner, a reason to cut off a pension.

At the end, he added: “In fact, the principle is that the pensioners are paid regularly and can only be cut off in the specific circumstances that the law has stated. But immigration alone is not the case and will not affect the continuation of payment.
