Aquaculture plans are developed in the southern coastal strip of the country

According to Mehr reporter, Seyyed Hossein Hosseini said in a gathering of aquaculture activists of Bushehr province on Tuesday afternoon: There are very good capacities in the field of sea-based economy in this province, and these capacities should be used well.

He named aquaculture as one of the most important capacities in the field of sea-based economy and continued: Fisheries have high capacities for production, income generation and job creation, and good opportunities have been created near the Persian Gulf.

Deputy Minister of Jihad Agriculture called sustainable production as one of the most important features of aquaculture and added: Creating a productive house by the sea and on the edge of coastal cities is one of the important approaches for fair development in the country, especially in coastal areas.

He announced the development of fishing activities on the shores of the Persian Gulf, the Oman Sea and the islands and added: The development of a sea-based economy with the aim of settling the population by the sea is one of the important approaches.

He continued: In the coastal cities, accommodation is followed along with aquatic production, which under the green producing cities, as the mission of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture, aquaculture on the coast is on the agenda of fisheries.
