Amendment to Government Ta'zir Code was finalized

Ali Farhadi, during a meeting with Norouzi, congratulated the New Year on the amendment of the Ta'zir Regulations and said: “The bylaws will go through the final stages of communication and will address past challenges such as interpretation or actions.”

“One of the most important changes with the implementation of this bylaw is the formation of a legal council for the unity of procedure and the organization of constructive interaction with the regulators,” the head of the government said.

Farhadi appreciated the efforts of the staff of Ta'zir, referring to the performance of the organization last year, saying: “The average of Ta'zir's work in year 2 was respect for the people, the proper implementation of the law, the speed of care and order, and it is necessary to consider the law this year for the consideration and export of votes.”

Referring to the necessity of supporting marketers and investors to fulfill the slogan of the year, the head of the government said: “When offenders come to the Ta'zir to handle the case, our duty is legal and fair, with respect and ethics.”

Farhadi also referred to the issue of choosing the heads of the branch and said: “In their selection, we give people the knowledge and knowledge so that the rights of the people will not be violated when the votes are issued.”
