Widespread forest fire in southern France

According to Mehr News Agency, news sources reported a forest fire in southern France and four people were injured.

The fire occurred last night and fired quickly and preyed on thousands of hectares of lush forest lands and some homes until Wednesday morning.

Local authorities cited one of the injured as a result of four people injured in the fire.

Local authorities also warned about the spread of fires along the Mediterranean coast that connects France to Spain.
