Review of the case of the managers in charge of the media in today's press court

According to Mehr News Agency, Akbar Nasrollahi, a spokesman for the Tehran Political and Press Courts, commemorated the late Ali Akbar Kasaiian, the late member of the jury, to investigate four press cases at today's meeting (Monday, July 9).

He said: “Reaganews” and “People's Road” cases were investigated in the first branch of the Tehran Province Criminal Court and presided over by Judge Gols.

In these cases, Alireza Soleimani, director of Reaganews, on charges of “publishing the wrong material” and Nasser Ghadiri SecretThe Director of the People's Magazine Magazine appeared in court on charges of “disclosing official and confidential documents”. The jury, after hearing the statements of the prosecutor's representative and the defendants' defense, was unanimously the “criminal”.

Also, the cases of “Era Industry News” and “Tabnak” were also investigated in Branch 9 of the Tehran Province Criminal Court and presided over by Judge Karimi.

Zainab Khosravi, director of the “Era of Industry”, was tried in the court on charges of “publishing false and false news” and Amir Ali Amiri, director of Tabnak, on charges of “publishing false news”. In these two cases, members of the jury of the press, after reviewing the documentation and hearing the defense, voted for “not being guilty”.

At the end, Nasrollahi noted: The final verdicts of these four cases will be announced in accordance with the legal procedure and in due time by the judges.
