According to Mehr News Agency, Seyed Rafan Mirzadeh; The Deputy Director of Legal and Parliament Affairs, in a joint gathering of members of the Council of Deputies and General Directorate of Education, said: “The use of the capacity of the Islamic Consultative Assembly to solve the challenges of education is on the agenda.”

He continued: Since March 6, the Ministry of Education has answered 4 questions from representatives, of which the number 2 cases have been eliminated after negotiations and agreements, 3 in the provinces of Mazandaran and Hamedan have been resolved with the agreement of the parties, the case is under consideration by the specialized parliamentary committees and 5 are in the open court.

Mirzadeh emphasized: The new approach to managers' appointments does not mean reducing the authority of the provinces, but rather to prevent non -expert appointments. Therefore, all suggestions are reviewed by the Ministry's appointment committee.

The Deputy Director of Legal and Parliament said: “In cases where there is not sufficient competence, the approved by the Minister of Education will not be approved.” Provinces can pursue their suggestions by providing sufficient documentation and expert justification.
