According to Mehr News Agency, Hassan Abbas Nejad, Director of Environmental Protection of Tehran Province, referring to the very positive and constructive interaction of the province's judiciary in environmental protection, emphasized that the interaction and strengthening of the province's judiciary with environmental protection policies and programs has enhanced and enhances environmental protection structures in the field of environmental protection. He also said that the environment, as an inter -generational capital, requires the comprehensive cooperation of sovereign institutions and the judiciary plays a key role; In particular, those judges who have made a deep understanding of environmental issues have made decisions appropriate to the legal and technical dimensions of this area.

Abbas Nejad pointed to some of the prominent examples of judicial cooperation: in cases such as national land destruction, industrial pollution, unauthorized hunting and rape of areas of protection, the support of noble judges has not only prevented the continuation of destructive trends, but also the violators of the environment.

The official also pointed out the importance of specialized training in this field, adding that joint training courses between environmental experts and judges have paved the way for the exchange of experience and promotion of the knowledge of the parties, as well as the field visits of judges to the protection areas and environmental crisis centers, making it a more tangible understanding of the conditions.

The Director General of Environmental Protection of Tehran Province stated that the constructive interactions between the Directorate General of Environmental Protection and the Judiciary of Tehran have been growing in recent years, stating: Celebrating judges should not be the end point, but the beginning of further synergies and continuing structural cooperation to promote environmental governance.
