According to Mehr News Agency, Abolfazl Nikokar, Deputy Director of Social Affairs and Crime Prevention, announced a meeting with the Family Judicial Complex judges in order to strengthen the relationship with the judicial complexes and identify the challenges in the process.

The deputy director of social and crime prevention in Tehran said: “Health will have a positive impact on the community.”

“The acquisition of a healthy family is conditional on its people with mental health and good relationships,” he said. In fact, the necessities of forming a healthy society are the formation of a healthy family that if the family is reformed, the community will be reformed, and the stronger it is, the stronger the foundation of society will be.

Benefactor said: “Effective communication in marriage is the most complex form of human relationships that cannot flourish without effective communication, and it can be said that marriage is a delicate, complex and dynamic human relationship that has certain characteristics that aim to achieve peace.” But unfortunately, in recent years, the feeling of security and peace among the couples has been weakened and the family has undergone unpleasant processes, and the transplantation of some couples is weakened by lifefalls and has led to separation in acute cases.

Deputy Director of Social and Crime Prevention in Tehran said: Family court proceedings are one of the toughest types of proceedings and have invited family court judges to tolerance, patience and dual tolerance, as well as the lack of cultural, social, legislative sectors and lack of family life skills.

He emphasized the importance of taking advantage of judges' capacities to enhance the effectiveness of preventive programs in support areas.

Nicokar emphasized the importance of family counseling centers, which are operated by the Family Protection Act of the Year in accordance with the guidelines for the formation and activity of the Family Counseling Centers of the Judiciary, pointing out the key role of these centers in reforming the couple's essence.

The lack of judicial and administrative force, the requirement of pre -marriage counseling, criticism of mere court statistics, the inadequate performance of some divorce counseling centers were among the issues raised by the judges.

The Deputy Director of Social and Crime Prevention of Family Judicial Complex meetings as a family working group, holding joint meetings of the Family Judicial Judicial Judges, and the Supreme Courts and Supreme Court judges, conducting training courses for the Family Complex Judges and Coordination of Human Resources.
