Iraqchi: One cannot expect to reach an agreement within only two rounds of negotiations

He pointed out that we decided to increase the level of tourism relations between the two countries, adding that we will see more exchange between the nations of both countries. As such, we will continue to strengthen cooperation in different areas.

If a ceasefire in Gaza is set up, we will see attacks in the Red Sea

Responding to a question about developments in the Red Sea, the head of the diplomacy said: “What is happening in the Red Sea is actually related to the support of the Yemeni people to the Gaza people.” Certainly, if we see a ceasefire in Gaza and stop the Zionist regime's attacks against the people of Gaza, we will naturally see attacks in the Red Sea. But as you can see, when the ceasefire between Yemen and the United States was established, attacks in that area stopped and we saw more peace there.

“We fully understand, and we are well aware that the Yemeni people have supported the Baha'i people for some countries, including Egypt, and we are considering it,” Arakchi continued. We have also talked to our Yemeni friends. But the Ansarullah movement is an independent group that has its own policies and decisions and implement these decisions independently.

We have no role in the decisions made by Ansarullah

“We have friendly relations with Ansarullah,” the Iranian Foreign Minister said, emphasizing Iran's support for the principles of the Yemeni people. But we have no role in the decisions made by Ansarullah. We can only have advice to them.

He further expressed hope for Egyptian efforts to come up with a ceasefire in Gaza, saying that these efforts would be to stop clashes in the Red Sea as soon as possible.

We are unhappy with the recent agency report
