Accordingly, the applicants for the Official Bachelor of Justice Licensing to take the deferred test of the official bachelor's license of the year.

Part One: General Conditions for Examination and Obtaining Official Bachelor of Justice License

Religious to Islam or one of the religious minorities recognized in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Having citizenship of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Having at least 5 years of entire solar until registration (minimum age of June 1)

Having a valid bachelor's degree in the field of applications from accredited domestic or foreign universities approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology or the Ministry of Health and Medical Education (the criterion of graduation date is the last official test of the test (June 6)).

Note: (The equivalent documents or documents with the value of “internal organizations” are not accepted.)

Perform public duty or provide a service exemption for men until the last day of the test registration.

Non -criminal mismanagement and lack of social rights.

Lack of drug addiction and seizure with the approval of the Forensic Medicine Organization and the lack of accommodation.

Having physical health for expert affairs with the approval of trusted physicians of the Bar Center, official experts and family counselors.

Having a credibility and commitment to the principle of the system and the constitution and the abuse of abuse.

Failure to convict permanent discharge from official expert.

Having scientific conditions and experimental work experience in the field of application (it is up to the center to be diagnosed).

The center is responsible for obtaining job records. Required Documents:

1. Related Insurance History along with the aforementioned job certificate

2. Related Employment Order along with the aforementioned job certificate

Note: It is sufficient for military and law enforcement agencies to have a valid employment or certificate.

Note: The teaching background in any official field of judiciary except for foreign languages ​​and educational affairs is not a work experience.

Note: Applicants for all disciplines must be related to their bachelor's degree. (It is the responsibility of the Lawyers' Center, official experts and family counselors of the judiciary)

Note: Experimental work experience must be after the date of obtaining a bachelor's degree.

According to Note 2, Article 2 of the Act of Provincial Distribution Facilitation is based on the demand or privilege of those admitted.

Part Two: Legal Scores and Quota:

According to Article 6 of the Sixth Development Plan Act, the following people have a quota:

1. Martyrs' children and wives.

2. Veterans with at least 2 %.

1. Azadegan with at least three months of captivity.

1. Warriors with at least six months of presence on the front.

1. Veterans' spouses and children 5 % and above.

1. The children and spouses of the freedom and the children of the warriors have at least twelve months of volunteer presence on the front, without observing the age requirement.

Note: Applicants have to apply for their sacrifice until the end of the registration and editing of information when viewing and printing the company card. Requests will not be effective after the registration and editing deadline at the time of viewing and printing.

According to Note 2 of Article 2 of the Law on the Facilitation of Some Business Permissions to Article 6 of the Sixth Development Plan Act and Article 2 of the Comprehensive Act of Services to Sacrifice, the quorum of the test is at least 2 % of the average score of one percent of the highest score in each discipline.

Section Three: Registration Steps

A) Payment of the money:

Applicants for the official expert exam if they have the requirements in the registration manual must apply to the National Assessment Organization's Information Portal at www.sanjesh.org.

At the end of the registration, each applicant will be submitted to the tracking code, which will need to maintain this code until the end of all test steps. It is also worth noting that the registration is exclusively electronically, and applicants must apply for the test through the said port, and the registration is unacceptable except the above method.

Applicants have the right to choose only one discipline in a jurisdiction as a place of service when registering.

Internet registration fee: Eligible applicants are required to pay the registration fee of 1 million and 6 thousand rials or one million and 6 thousand USD electronically via bank card connected to the acceleration network.

Note: Applicants must register within the deadline and refrain from postponing it to the final days. Incomplete registrations will not be affected and the payment funds will not be refunded at all.

Photo 2 *2 colored personnel with white backgrounds taken in year 2 (with all Islamic dignity) and its size is at least 1 *2 pixels and the file size should not be less than 1 KB and more than 1 KB. The volunteer image must be clear, specific and lacking the affection, stance and any stains. The extra margins of the scanned photo should be deleted.

Important Note: Given the problems arising in previous tests (the wrong posting of the applicants, which mostly occurs for applicants who are registered by others), it is emphasized that in addition to controlling the registration information, be sure to control the submitted photo so that no other volunteer photo is sent to the company. If you submit the wrong photo, the applicant will be considered an offender and in accordance with the regulations and will be prevented from continuing the volunteer test process.
