Re -examined the Thursday's closure resolution; in parliament; Diagnostic Assembly's objection was resolved

According to Mehr News Agency, Abbas Goodarzi, a spokesman for the Islamic Consultative Assembly, announced the elimination of the Supreme Expediency Council's supervision of the Expediency Council in accordance with the bill amending Article 5 of the Civil Service Management Act.

According to Goodarzi, the contradiction by the Supreme Supervisory Board had previously been referred to the Social Commission by the House of Representatives. The Social Commission, with the presence of a member of the Guardian Council's jurist, re -examined the resolution and, by changing the term “obliged” to “permitted”, resolved the objection of the Supreme Supervisory Board.

He emphasized: If the resolution is finalized in the open court of the Majlis and the approval of the Guardian Council, which shall be subject to the acceptance of the Supreme Supervisory Board, the resolution will be notified to the government for implementation.

According to the resolution, the government will be allowed to reduce work days from six days to five days (Saturday to Wednesday), with a 2 and a half hours per week.
