Salehi: A young lady's earrings were arrested in Tehran

According to Mehr News Agency, Tehran prosecutor Ali Salehi said: “As soon as the film was released in cyberspace and due to the importance of the issue and its general reflection, the order of identifying and arresting the perpetrators was issued by the Tehran District 2 (special robbery) prosecution.”

He added: “The case was specifically investigated in one of the district's interrogation branches and a special team of intelligence police was formed in cooperation with the relevant sheriff's officers who were identified and arrested in the shortest possible time.”

Salehi, referring to the explicit confession of the accused and the discovery of the stolen earrings in the inspection of his residence, emphasized: The defendant confesses to the robbery of harassment, participation in harassment for children and women, as well as deliberate beatings.

He said the case of the defendant will lead to the final issuance of the indictment and the indictment and the judicial proceedings will continue to be firm and out of turn.

“The psychological security of the citizens is the red line of the judiciary, and we will have no neglect to deal with the perpetrators of such crimes,” Salehi emphasized the judiciary's approach to violent crimes and cases that lead to public opinion.
