Regarding the software barrier, he said: “The laws and regulations are one of the software barriers in which the Islamic Consultative Assembly has been trying to eliminate or amend them since the years.”

Jahangir added: “Some of the existing laws are contrary to each other, which causes problems in the country and must be reformed quickly.”

He said the use of artificial intelligence and assistance from private sectors to identify additional laws was effective, and said the Islamic Consultative Assembly could operate it by allocating credit in a short period of time.

A spokesman for the judiciary on the condition of replacing new systems with traditional systems was determined and said that the removal of traditional systems means removing human resources; So first, the jobs of these groups should be considered so that people do not become unemployed in the process of these changes.

Jahangir said about the hardware barrier: Hardware is the same as the country's facilities; We have a lot of facilities in the country, for example in underground resources, mines, and so on that people need to enjoy.
