According to Mehr News Agency, Seyyed Sadegh Saadatian, deputy director of the country's Documentation and Real Estate Documentation Department, has been established by the formation of a special executive task force to facilitate the registration of manufacturing companies to realize the slogan of the year to “invest in production and eliminate energy disorders”.

Saadatian announced that a specialized task force has been set up at the Corporate Registrar to carry out the process of registering investment companies more quickly and accurately.

Referring to the goal of year 2 for providing services in the shortest possible time, he added: “The services related to the name, establishment and registration of corporate changes, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and investors, will be provided in a non -existent way using artificial intelligence capacities.”

Saadatian also announced joint meetings with economic activists and businessmen to identify and remove possible barriers and emphasize the electronicization of corporate registration processes.

He added: “Although there is no need for in -person visits, due to the specialization of the affairs, a special task force has been formed under the direct supervision of the Director General of Companies, which is free to handle applicants' problems, especially in the field of renewable energy such as solar panels.”

The Deputy Director of Documentation also announced the establishment of a corporate registration base in this department and said: “The performance of the registration departments in the provinces is constantly monitored to prevent investors from being caught in administrative bureaucracy.” According to him, if the provincial judicial or executive authorities are reported, the investigation teams will immediately appear and resolve the matter.

Saadatian, as a member of the Registrar's Transformation and Excellence Council, announced No. 1 as a direct line of investors with the organization, adding: “Applicants can inform their problems in the field of company or legal entities in this way to pursue it in the shortest possible time.”

In the end, he emphasized: Recruiting capital, increasing the motivation of producers and the practical realization of the slogan of the year are among the main goals of these projects, which are pursued by rapid, specialized and low -cost service.
