Hamas's response to Netanyahu: The release of captives is only possible through an exchange agreement

Yemen's al -Masira news agency reported “Hazem Hamas spokesman Qassim said the remaining Israeli prisoners will be exchanged only within the framework of an agreement and will be released through the negotiations of the second stage.
He added: “Anyone who wants the release of Israeli captives must force the Zionist regime to enter the second stage negotiations and accept its obligations.”
Qassim reiterated: “The enemy is trying to return the situation to zero by suggesting the first stage and to release its prisoners without a commitment to failure.”
Earlier, Netanyahu's office had announced: Israel is ready to extend the ceasefire in Ramadan and Eid Season It is, provided that Hamas releases half of Israeli prisoners.
The Zionist Prime Minister's office claimed that Hamas has violated the agreement, and if the negotiations were failed, Israel could resume war after the forty -second day of the ceasefire.
However, on Saturday (March 6/March 6) the ceasefire ended under the previous agreement and negotiations for the second stage have not yet begun.
