4 killed and 11 injured in numerous traffic accidents in the axes of Khuzestan

According to Mehr reporter, Aref Asl Sharhani said in a media interview on Tuesday evening: These incidents took place in the axes of Handijan to Suirah, Andimeshk to Dehlran, Mahshahr to Sarbandar, and Ghaizanieh to Haftkal.

He added: The injured in these accidents were sent by rescuers to Imam Rezai Omidiyeh and Golestan hospitals in Ahvaz.

According to Mehr reporter, traffic accidents are one of the main causes of death in Iran, especially in suburban areas. In recent years, despite the efforts made to reduce road casualties, we still see the occurrence of driving accidents with high human and financial losses. Several factors such as illegal speed, non-observance of traffic rules, technical defects of cars and adverse weather conditions are effective in the occurrence of these accidents.
