Mohammadi further added: I have been working continuously in the field of management for almost five years, and these experiences made me feel that I can play an effective role in the Board of Directors of the Football Federation. I hope that a healthy election will be held and people who are worthy and have experience in football will enter the board of directors.

Regarding his departure from Saipa club, he explained: My performance in Saipa is clear. We got good results in various departments including football, wrestling and volleyball, but due to some differences with the team, I parted amicably. Saipa was a great experience for me and a kind of university. Unfortunately, in every group there are people who think they can comment on all fields because of their sports background.

Mohammadi also responded to the rumors about registration in the football board of Tehran province and said: I did not register in the football board of Tehran province. The day I was there, I had gone to meet Mr. Jabari and receive a certificate.

Regarding the possibility of Reza Darvish, CEO of Persepolis, being registered in the Board of Directors of the Football Federation and competing with him, he stated: We have no problem with each other, after all. There are always differences of opinion and taste, and I don't think that the presence of football players in the elections of the football federation is a strange thing. I played football, after that I continued my education and if I don't enter management at the age of 48, 47, then when should I enter management? Mohammadi said about his management in Persepolis: I don't like to talk about this. Persepolis is a great team and has understanding fans, and these fans themselves are the best judges. Regarding the atmosphere of the football federation elections this year and the recent talks of Amir Abedini and Ali Kafashian, Mohammadi said: I am not in a position to comment on someone older than me, but I don't know why some people want to serve only in football! Nothing special will happen if these people take a break and let the younger ones enter the management. A successful manager in a big organization does not necessarily have to be a football player, but there must be a football player next to that person. In my opinion, they should have considered an age limit for registration in the Football Federation, and some people should reach their families and rest.

In response to the question of whether he entered the elections of the Football Federation with a certain group or not, he said: I entered with the group of football players. I have always put my trust in God first and then in my football friends, who know that I have worked hard and I like to help football and especially the grassroots.

Mohammadi clarified about the rumors of lobbying to get votes: I don't need to lobby. Either I vote or I don't. The most important thing for me is to serve in football. I have studied and gained experience for years and I think now is the right time to enter the discussion of football management.
