Hamas reaction to the arrest of the head of Kamal Adwan hospital by the occupation forces

According to Mehr News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, Hamas reacted to the brutal action of the Zionist regime against the head of Kamal Adwan Hospital.

Hamas stated: We consider the occupiers to be fully responsible for the health of the head of Kamal Adwan Hospital, nurses and rescue workers whose fate is unknown.

It is stated in this statement: We ask the United Nations, the World Health Organization and the International Committee of the Red Cross to put pressure on the occupiers to inform them of the fate of Dr. Abu Sofia and his colleagues and to release them immediately.

News sources, quoting detainees in the “Sadi Timan” field prison around the Gaza Strip, reported that Hossam Abu Sofia was imprisoned in this prison.

Meanwhile, in recent weeks, reports have been published about severe torture of prisoners in Sedi Timan prison.

Yesterday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in a statement called for the immediate release of the head of Kamal Adwan Hospital and its medical staff.

This ministry considered the arrest of the medical staff as a clear crime and a clear violation of human rights. In recent days, Zionist soldiers attacked the Kamal Adwan hospital, set it on fire, and arrested all 350 people who were in this hospital along with the medical staff.
