61% of farmed fish and shrimp in the country are produced in Bushehr

According to Mehr reporter, Alireza Pourdavoud said at the meeting of the Planning Council of Bushehr province on Monday evening: Bushehr province has the largest water border with the Persian Gulf and is adjacent to eight Arab countries, which is considered a very good capacity.
Head of Management and Planning Organization of Bushehr province, referring to the export of 95% of the country's crude oil, said: 70% of the country's gas and condensates and 20% of the country's crude oil are produced in Bushehr province.
He announced the annual production of 45,000 tons of seafood, 200,000 tons of dates and 660,000 tons of tomatoes out of season in the province and added: Bushehr has a 61% share in the country with the production of 25,000 tons of farmed fish and shrimp.
Referring to the establishment of 24 petrochemical units in the province, he said: 40 million tons of products are produced from these petrochemicals annually.
