In the implementation of this plan, a meeting was held in the form of a video conference in the central prison of Ahvaz with the presence of the prosecutor of the provincial capital, his deputies, the general director of prisons, the judge overseeing the prison and a group of judicial and prison officials. In this meeting, the method of implementation of the project in the judiciary and judicial prisons was explained.

Khalafian considered the implementation of this plan as an opportunity for the clients to return to the family and society and added: short-term vacations are an opportunity to be with the family and can provide the basis for the clients' presence in the society and their return to a healthy life.
