The Revolutionary Leader's consent to the pardon of the punishment of four convicts

According to the Mehr News Agency, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, agreed to the request of the Judiciary to pardon or deny the punishment of four of the convicts on the occasion of the ancient Eid al -Norouz, Eid Saeed Fitr and April 5 of the Islamic Republic.

Hojjat al -Islam Muslim Ali Mozaffari, Deputy Judiciary Deputy Judiciary, stated in the details of this news: In the implementation of Article 4 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and on the occasion of the ancient Eid al -Nawruz, Eid Saeed Fitr, and the Islamic Republic of Iran The judiciary was sent to the supreme leader who agreed with the amnesty proposals and the convicts were subject to Islamic Rafa.

Hojjatoleslam and Muslim Mozaffari further announced a review of 1,800 cases of amnesty at the Central Commission of Amnesty and the Judiciary forgiveness in year 6, saying that of these 1,800 requests were proposed by the Supreme Leader by the Supreme Leader.

Describing the process of examining the amnesty requests, he also stated: Amnesty and forgiveness are first submitted to the Amnesty Committees and after the provincial review and approval of its members, the Judiciary Deputy of the Judiciary.
