Iran lambasts Israeli regime’s attack on Jabalia refugee camp


This action added another disgrace to the long list of war crimes committed by the Zionist regime, the senior Iranian diplomat said.

He called on the international community, especially the United Nations, to fulfill their responsibility to stop the Zionist regime’s war machine.

Gaza officials have said that dozens of people were killed in the strike carried out by the Zionist Israeli regime military on Jabalia refugee camp in the north of the Gaza Strip.

There was an Israeli air attack that targeted a group of residential homes in Jabalia camp in the north of Gaza on Tuesday afternoon.

Al-Jazeera reported that at least 100 people were killed in the Zionist regime strike. 

The latest images and video from the Jabalia refugee camp show buildings heavily damaged as rescuers and volunteers use their bare hands to search for survivors in huge amounts of concrete debris.

Gaza’s Interior Ministry said a number of Israeli airstrikes hit apartment buildings in a residential area of Jabaliya refugee camp in northern Gaza.

The ministry said some 400 people are either dead or injured.

Ministry spokesperson Ayed al-Bazm said at a news conference that six bombs hit the residential area.
