2 dead and 2 injured in a gas cylinder explosion in northwestern Pakistan

Bilal Ahmad Faizi, a spokesman for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said the incident happened in Airum Colony, a residential area in the men's area.
Faizi said the explosion led to the collapse of a two -story house, the death of six people and the severe wounding of two girls.
He said rescue teams quickly dispatched to the scene and rescue operations. He added that eight people, including six dead and two injured, were pulled out of the rubble.
According to Feizi, more than 5 people participated in the operation, which lasted for seven hours. The dead and the injured were transferred to the Men's Medical Complex.
He added that the cause of the cylinder explosion has not yet been determined, but the explosion may have occurred due to gas leaks.
